The content on this website is provided for general information about our approach and services. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for assessment by a qualified health professional who knows your circumstances.

This website is not an emergency service. If you or someone in your care needs urgent help, call 911.

Descriptions of caregiving, private nursing, family support and care coordination on this site are general in nature. Availability, scope, schedules, fees and the professionals involved depend on an individual assessment.

Any care arrangement is confirmed separately, in writing, between you and LAFOEL. Nothing on this website by itself creates a care agreement or a clinician–patient relationship.

Ask us is a text-only digital assistant for typed messages and suggested questions about our services. The separate Discuss Your Care Needs button starts a browser voice conversation powered by Deepgram, with your microphone permission. These assistants can help with enquiries and supported requests. Consultation requests can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our team reviews each request and confirms the consultation time separately. Submitting a request does not reserve a care visit.

• The assistants are not a nurse, doctor or clinician and do not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment or prescribe medication.
• Their replies are automated and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Please confirm anything important directly with our team.
• Please do not share detailed medical history through either assistant. A member of our team will discuss care needs with you directly.
• In an emergency, do not use either assistant — call 911.

Before chatting, Ask us asks for your name and an email address and/or phone number. The browser call assistant may ask for contact details and permission during the conversation when a request needs them. By providing details you confirm they are yours (or that you have permission to share them). When you give permission for follow-up, we may contact you about your care enquiry. How we handle this information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Some testimonials and review examples on this site may be marked as a preview or sample while our site is being prepared. They illustrate the kind of experience we aim to provide and should not be read as verified statements from specific clients.

You agree not to misuse the website, including by:

• submitting false, misleading or someone else’s contact details without permission;
• attempting to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, the assistant or our systems;
• using automated tools to scrape content or send bulk messages;
